Our nieghbor John had a lung transplant a few years back and is experiencing organ rejection. Severe rejection can lead to the failure of the donated lung. To say the least, John’s recovery has not been easy and everyday is a gift. Daisy, has been his rock by his side—John’s true companion. From picking up the morning paper out front, to cozying up bedside, she is an unconditional lover and a loyal worker. Beyond being a companion, to John and his wife Suzanne, for the past 5 years, Daisy is a companion to the entire Neighborhood. She always has a smile on, exudes happy go-lucky energy, is fantastic with kids and a lover of other furry, four legged friends. A gentle soul.
