More: I found Duke curled up in a pot hole at the end of my street. He was injured, emaciated, covered in fleas and was abandoned with a bag of dog food filled with ants. After the obligatory stay at the SPCA we adopted him and he is thriving! Duke loves to chase squirrels, sleep all day and remind us when it is 5:00 and time for supper. Gaining his trust and his integration into our family has made us complete.
