He loves apples and carrot pieces - but they MUST be crisp. Otherwise they are rejected. He has an innate ability to eat every bite he wants and leave every pea or green bean! Although retired from jumping in the river to retrieve balls, Dexter was absolutely the speediest, strongest canine swimmer I have ever seen.
