More: She is currently in classes. She is going to test soon for her AKC canine good citizen certification. She will then start the advanced class. She is working towards pet therapy certification. She loves people and other dogs too. Her handler / owner is a Registered nurse and wants to be able to take her to visit people on the front line as a therapy dog. Nurses, doctors,aides, police, firemen just to name a few examples of who they will visit. Most likely visit hospitals, nursing homes and schools too. DIxie is very laid back for her age. Her class instructor has tested her out if the puppy class due to her demeanor and patience.
