More: Duncan is a rescue from Hurricane Maria, he flew over in 2018 after months in care from the Sato Project. He loves every person he meets, especially the ice cream woman and now knows her song by heart. He enjoys singing along with the fire engines that pass and will protect everyone from scary scooters and skateboards on the street. He is the biggest cuddle bug and you can tell he is so appreciative of his new life in the states!
