More: Eddie is a rescue pup (who rescued whom is up for debate!) who joined my family in April of last year, and it’s as if he has a paintbrush attached to his happy wagging tail to bring vibrant technicolor to our lives. He’s a certified Canine Good Citizen who loves the water and going for hikes where he can add to his expansive library of sniffs, finding the biggest sticks and branches he can carry, learning new things in not one, but two languages, and playing “find it” and tug-of-war, though nothing compares to his love of a good, old-fashioned tennis ball. They’re his kryptonite, and he’s been known to hold one near while napping in my lap. Eddie is the absolute best friend and adventure partner anyone could ask for, and I’m so grateful to get to do life with him!
