More: Eli loves everyone and everyone loves Eli. Outside is his happy place! He greets everyone he knows and every stranger he meets with his best dog smile. A stranger saw him and said “I’d buy toilet paper from that dog”! That took us a little by surprise but he truly brings all who meet him tons of joy and lots of smiles.
