More: I adopted Gemma three years ago from Barktown Rescue. She recently had a run in with Mast Cell Cancer and had to have a huge tumor removed from her neck and one from her stomach. So far she is doing okay. She has to be on Benadryl the rest of her life due to the histamine she releases, which is what causes Mast Cell Cancer. I am so blessed to have been paired with this little sweetheart.
