Gidget

Ready to ride!

More: Gidg was found emancipated and severely ill in the northwest Florida coastal wetlands. She was contagious and couldn’t be taken in at the shelter. When we found out about her situation we offered to foster her immediately and after the first night we new she wasn’t leaving. It’s took over a year for her to trust strangers but now she is the friendliest and happiest dog there is and loves our long trips to visit family in the blue ridge mountains where she refuses to leave the John Deere Gator until she gets at least 1 ride around the property every time she sees it out of the barn(which is pretty much everyday). She has been a wonderful addition to our family and because of her love of the outdoors she has made nature loving converts of my wife and two young daughters. Next to marrying my wife and the birth of my daughters she is the best thing to ever happen to me.
