More: Gunner suddenly passed 11-14-2022 just 2 days before his 5th birthday from leptospirosis after a NY pheasant hunting trip. Gunner had a personality like no other dog. He was the best hunting buddy, fishing buddy, family member and friend anyone could ask for. No woodcock, pheasant, or grouse stood a chance against Gunner. He will be deeply missed and some of his ashes have been loaded into shotgun shells for one last hunt this coming fall.
