More: This pic was taken with my son Phil about 2 years ago in front of my then home in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. We are coming back from training exercises with Phil to help in his behavior. Gunther is the main outside dog for Phil to be around and play with, and he's as smart as he is beautiful. Frosty is the main indoor dog for his responsibilities with my son. There is a special harmony here that I can't describe where both the dogs and my son have great trust interacting with each other and all of them treat each other special. It is my hope one day to establish in Charleston a breeding and training center that gives more families with autism the ability to own a service dog that can really help with their family dynamic, and make it affordable (a autism service dog typically runs between 40-60k).
