More: Hank was rescued at three months old after being chained up outside in freezing temperatures. He spent two weeks in a hospital receiving blood transfusions and getting treatment. After recovering, he was adopted by his travel NICU nurse mom, and now has become quite the globetrotter. At the age of one he’s already made two trips cross country, traveled 15 states, and hiked 3 national parks. He’s been from Manhattan Beach, CA to Pittsburgh, PA and everywhere in between. He is a testament to the #adoptdontshop movement proving everyday pups can come from the saddest situations and become the best friend you’ve ever imagined.
