More: Harrah is a rescue dog. She came out of a puppy mill in Louisiana. She was over-bred and abused, weighing only 42 lbs. when we adopted her. She had heart worms and just about every parasite you could imagine. All indications she was born without a fully developed front leg. She is our precious tri-paw.
