More: Homer Jurgen Jackson is a 3 or 4 year old coonhound. We rescued him through our local coonhound rescue org (Carolina Coonhound Rescue). Homer is a sweet and handsome dog and is great with our 2 young girls and other dogs. He loves walks through James Island down to the Charleston Harbor. He’s quite the sniffer and is the definition of the term “chow hound”.
