More: Jake has been our adventure buddy almost since he was born. He’s done thousands of miles including most of Maine’s 100 Mile Wilderness, about half the Colorado Trail, and 32 of Colorado’s 14ers. When he’s not hiking, he loves to go fishing and Nordic skiing, as well. Sadly he was diagnosed last month with an aggressive cancer, but our vet is hopeful we can manage it for at least another year!
