Jax

A Day in the Park.

More: Jax was in death row in Arlington Texas. I came across him on social media. It had been 3 years since we put out last rescue down and my heart was still not healed. But Jax was scheduled to die the next day. So we reached out to the animal shelter and they were closed. We are in Cranston, RI. We had a dilemma so we started reaching out to the people who posted him online. We were blessed for someone to get back and get to that shelter the next morning and take him out before they killed him. We sent the person money and she brought him to a shelter where he had to stay for 3 weeks before he could be transported to us. RI doesn’t allow rescue animals to be dropped off so we travelled 100 miles in Connecticut to wait for him to arrive and we have him now for 6 years. He is a tremendous dog and I will always Thank God he brought him to us.
