More: Juneau has been with me since she was 10 months old. She helped me survive three of the worst things I’ve ever been through: the death of my father, the loss of my job and the death of my mother. Juneau was recently diagnosed with a slow growth tumor on her lung. Despite her illness, she still walks with me 1 1/2 miles every day. She loves laying outside in the sun. She’s still my outdoor girl.
