More: Kingsley was diagnosed with mast cell lll at the age of 5. He was given 6 months to live with out treatment. He had two rounds of chemo, multiple tumor removals with no more than a days recovery. He had a zest for life. And though he was a big boy he was such a gentle giant. He loved walking trails and smelling those who had walked there before him and left the scent of himself for them too. He past at the age of 9 on September 14th 2020. Although my grief visits me from time to time I am so grateful for the extra 4 years I had with him. I am thankful for my veterinarian who loved my Kingsley and who words gave me peace near the end, saying I gave him 4 extra years. Kingsley passed at home in the garden where he went to lay. It was in his eyes his good byes as I laid there beside him.
