More: Kobi takes every opportunity to climb into mom’s lap. He loves to snuggle. He doesn’t realize that he weighs more than 80 lbs. He thinks he’s a tea cup lap dog. Unfortunately, he was born without hip sockets and this was not corrected when he was younger.
