More: Kona is a very athletic dog. Her long legs and graceful body make her beauty in motion. After being adopted from a rescue group, Kona spent her first 5 years hiking and camping in the mountains of Colorado with her new parents. Now she hikes the mountains and trails of her new location in New Hampshire, where her parents relocated. She is adept at retrieving sticks out of lakes and snowballs from the sky. She is very dedicated to her sleep, and simply goes upstairs to bed at night before anyone else is ready.
