More: Lou was my first small dog. When we brought him home, he was 1.8 pounds..my little runt. For a little man, his personality was gigantic. I love all animals, and I have had several. But, I have never loved a dog like him. He was so smart. He was like having a child-his word comprehension was phenomenal. My little love just passed away woot much warning from a brain tumor-a glioblastoma. My entry is I honor or promoting research for canine cancer. I wish I knew what caused it so to protect other animals. Was it toxin exposure, environmental, genetic? I love him with everything I am.
