More: Loui loves the water (shocker!) and is an all around great outdoor adventurer! He and his 13 other siblings were found at a Boyscout camp in Louisiana last winter and ended up at my local shelter in Bedford, PA. We’re so glad he did because he was the perfect addition to our family!
