More: Louie was rescued from a high kill shelter, found in the woods starving to death and covered in fleas/ ticks. He was never socialized and when adopted at 1.5 years old, we rescued each other. Louie is the most intelligent, loving and quirky dog. I am so thankful he entered my life.
