More: Lyric is a rescue from California. I was lucky enough to be chosen to adopt her when she was 8 years old. She arrived in Michigan severely underweight, had chronic fleas, and had been used for breeding purposes to the point that her body was in constant pregnancy mode. Her birthday is the day I took her home. Since that day she has turned into this sweet, quiet, gentle beauty. She absolutely loves going up north and relaxing by the lake. She loves long walks and hikes. She also loves going to work with me and spending time with all of the crew at the construction site. She takes her guard and herding duties very seriously and like most shepherds, she is also very talkative. I like to say she is very "lyrical".
