More: I adopted Mabel last March right before the pandemic hit, little did I know what a blessing that would be. With no where to go, I was able to focus entirely on her. She has become my bestie. I was diagnosed with cancer in June and her companionship while recovering from surgery and treatment has meant the world to me. She is always there to provide a silly side to everything. Mabel is full of energy, life and happiness, just what was needed to make what could have been the worst year, into the best. She has accompanied me on hikes, camping trips, canoe and kayak rides, and she's in the gym with me every morning, warming up my yoga mat. Whatever I am up for, Mabel is there. I can not wait to see what new adventures we discover this year!
