More: Maggs was diagnosed with osteosarcoma last January. She had her back leg amputated and went through 6 rounds of chemo (during the pandemic). We were so happy she was accepted into the Yale Canine Cancer Clinical trial. She had her trial vaccine in the late Summer and her antibody test came back GREAT! She is producing the expected antibodies to fight a re-occurrennce of the cancer. We are so happy she has made it and so thrilled to help other dogs fight this deadly disease.
