More: Margot is our dog Molly's pup. We took her hunting wild grouse the first time in Pittsburg, NH at 10 weeks old. She and I stayed behind and she heard her first gunshot. The next time we took her out she was 11 weeks old and on a check cord behind the older dogs hunting. It's been great since then. She already has her AKC Junior Hunter award and she just finished her NAVDHA Natural Ability test with a Prize one, 112 (a perfect score!) We're now (very) slowly working her towards Senior Hunter and Utility Test. We have our next trip to New Hampshire planned for October 2022 and I can't wait to see how she does with her mother on those wild grouse ❤️❤️
