More: Markie was born a day after his mother was rescued from a kill shelter in Mississippi and brought to Florida. He was adopted by us and has been an exceptional companion, smart, loving and has the uncanny ability to alert us minutes before the dolphins appear in the grand canal of Siesta Key, Florida. He can be in the house and sleeping but will always alert and is always correct in letting us know before we even see the dolphins. He lives in a pack with our four other dogs, Silver labradors, (submission separately). They are all happy, healthy, loving, playful wonderful companions.
