More: Max was a rescue I adopted from Canine Castaways Rescue late 2019. He was abandoned at Indy Humane Society with a 7lb mass cell tumor on his leg. It was removed and we had the best 11 months. He developed a mass in his groin area and after further tests another massive tumor deep in his abdomen. I had to say a heart wrenching goodbye to my best friend and most snuggable Max late December 2020. He had a very short time with me but he knew unconditional love every one of his days and was spoiled rotten!
