More: Mercury (formerly TRs James) is a character and a big, goofy boy. If he were a person, he would be the life of the party. Mercury loves to be around people and will lean on anyone so they can pet him. He is a retired racing Greyhound who's athletic career took place in Alabama until 2022, when he was released. Mercury is a gently giant who loves to run in the backyard and play with our other two dogs, Fern (Labrador) and Owen (Greyhound). He is lightning fast, playful, curious about everything, and tall enough to put his chin on the countertops. You have to watch that boy or he will steal your lunch in a heartbeat!
