More: Mowgli is a rescue pup. He was found in a ditch outside the Denver Airport with his mom and several siblings. Most of the liter had died but Mowgli was lucky enough to be found and brought to a wonderful rescue. Mike ( his Dad) met Mowgli at a fundraiser for the no-kill shelter and fell in love. Mowgli now lives on the river in Michigan with his 2 dog brothers, 2 horses, 7 chickens and his mom (Aimee) who is a veterinarian. We call the land by the river his “kingdom” - where he happily spends hours patrolling and wading in the water.
