More: Musa is a rescue dog. I brought her home when she was only 1 year old, and now she is 17! She went from being a neglected dog with no training, to being awarded her Good Canine Citizen certificate, was placed on the AKC registry, and has the natural ability to alert someone who suffers from anxiety attacks. She is a two time cancer survivor. People who meet her say that she's the kindest dog. There is something noble about her. She's kind to all animals, children and old folks alike. She's goofy, smart and has a fighting spirit that amazes anyone who meets her. She still manages to drag me down the street on our walks, she still wants to play and still loves swimming at the beach. She hasn't lost her talent for pointing and can sniff out anything hiding anywhere. Although these activities are a little harder for her these days, she is determined to make the best of life and hey, age is only a number right?
