More: Niki is a true working dog. We trained her for truffle work, which we was excited about and excelled at. But her real raison d'être are Frisbees! She is not food driven, she is Frisbee driven. Her other passion are Walkies, always leash-less, even in our normal urban environment. Indefatigable, not hill too steep, no hole too deep, no river too cold. We got her as a tiny rescued puppy; she was not easy to train because of her independent and impetuous personality, but after the first year of multiple daily bits of attention and repetition she has turned into one of the most delightful companions we have ever had who gives us daily gifts of joy.
