More: Obsidian was bred to be a guide dog but he didn't make the final cut so I was allowed to adopt him. He is considered a career transitioner now. We are hoping he will earn his Canine Good Citizen certificate and then be able to visit people in hospitals, assisted living facilities and schools. He loves children and I know he will be thrilled to be able to do that.
