More: Oscar was born at Fredonia Pound Pals Shelter, in Fredonia Kansas. We brought him home at 8 weeks old. Adopting Oscar was the best decision we ever made. He loves everyone he meets and loves to stuff as many toys in his mouth as he can and prance around so proud of his accomplishment.
