More: Otey was the oldest in a litter of 9, the “classic” alpha male, although a very sweet and agreeable guy now in his adulthood. This particular picture was taken when we sadly went to NC to bury our adult son Spencer who died tragically a year ago. Otey is a source of both comfort and joy for us during a season of enormous loss, reminding us that life is not over but rather changed. Truly man’s best friend!
