More: Peach, who we named on the airplane up to bring her home since we thought she was a boy, is the perfect name for our Toller. Whether she is riding in her wagon or hunting wild quail, she is happy as can be. She never ceases to make us smile with her Toller stretches, happy open-mouth grin, or sleeping on her back. What she loves more than anything is running off leash, and springing in the air to get an aerial shot of the birds she sees. In this photo Peach is hunting with her best friend (Dad) and pal (Ovi) in Kansas. Ever since she retrieved her first bird she is a new pup, so proud of what she was bred to do. Her owner, my husband, couldn't be prouder. He truly lights up when you even mention her name. Bringing home a dog, and then (surprise!) a baby all in COVID, I know seeing his "Peachers" on the cover of Orvis would be the delight of his year. Waiting her to grow into her Barbour 💚
