More: Pearl was neglected and abandoned, found on the street. Even though humans failed Pearl she still had a heart of gold. I adopted her and with patience and kindness Pearl blossomed and became a Certified Therapy dog a true healer and ambassadore to the pitbull breed. Pearl is the star of a Children's book "Pearl's Journey in Search of a Home" I'm very proud of her.
