More: Penny was in a shelter for a few months. We were told possibly abused. She was skinny and scared. We adopted her on January 20, 2019. Now look at her. She’s filled out, enjoying life and she’s a loving, giving family member. Her Papa has Parkinson’s and she’s so alert about him. We love her so much. So glad Penny chose us.
