More: Pete defied the odds about a year and a half ago. He was diagnosed with a huge chest tumor (thymoma). His best option was surgery from which he had a 45% chance of surviving followed by a course of chemotherapy. He came through like a champ. He's doing great! Above photo taken by my son.
