More: Phil was a stray in our neighborhood, about a year ago. I had seen him around and even let him into our yard to play with the other dogs we have. I took him in when a neighbor brought him over on a blustery night asking if he was ours. That night I claimed him as ours. He is really smart and inquisitive and will talk to us in his awesome Beagle voice!
