More: Phoebe was a 5 lb little bundle of love when we got her in December. We weren’t sure how she would handle our cold minnesota winters but she is TOUGH and loves adventure. She plays outside in -10 F on the regular and loves romping in deep snow. She doesn’t even know the fun she’ll be having when summer comes.
