More: PJ Munson is a rescue. He is one of 9 rescued from one of the Louisianna hurricanes through North Shore Animal League America. We named him after our other two rescues, who have since crossed the rainbow bridge, Pablo and Jackson. My husband wanted to use Munson for one of his favorite ball players, Thurman Munson. We call him Munsey. He is very smart. Full of energy. Very athletic like his parents. Loves the snow, which we are so happy about since we normally love to go snowboarding, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, etc... and he is a good car traveler. We do look forward to one day being able to stay in our favorite state of Vermont and hike the many mountains. We love Connecticut, but the ponds, lakes and mountains are all around for us to enjoy. Munsey is quite smart. He learned sit and stay pretty quickly. Before the snow storms and low temperatures, we just started the agility training... he loves to jump up on rocks and look towards the valleys. He is an amazing pup that fills our hearts. Although we miss our lab and beagle hound mix, Munson rescued us at the right time.
