More: He is a rescue from a puppy mill and what began as a couple of weeks of fostering for our local SPCA has turned into a lifetime commitment. My boy has had and will continue to have major significant health issues and most likely will have a very short life…but my pledge to him is that every day is going to be spectacular! Full of love and joy and play and happiness and friendships and endless buckets of cuddles!
