More: We lost Ranger in December of 2021 after a battle with IMPA. This was his last visit to the beach in October. Ranger was the best dog (aren't they all!), and we miss him terribly. He loved the beach, and we had a tradition of going opening and closing day each year, no matter the weather. I'm so thankful the weather cooperated for us last year and I'm looking forward to continuing the tradition with the 2 new dogs we adopted recently from the shelter.
