More: Riggins was named for the town in Idaho that we go each year to Steelhead fish. He loves the drift boat and is an accomplished “Fish Pup” He thankfully came into my life after the death of my parents. He had run in with an Osprey when he was a puppy...hence the giant scar down his back and the talon wounds on his neck. Riggins has an excellent sense of humor and makes us laugh everyday!
