More: Rosie is a rescue from Lost Dog & Cat Rescue Foundation. She was found as a stray in rural North Carolina and brought to Virginia where I adopted her. She’s one of the friendliest dogs I’ve ever met and doesn’t hesitate to say hello to any human or dog we encounter. She’s a master of side eye and goofiness, and she brings joy wherever she goes!
