More: Both are rescues. Ginger had a cancer scare...but it turned out to be polycystic ovaries...She raised the cat and his brother. They believe she is their mother. I have caught her nursing them even now. She has mothered several foster dogs and puppies. Sadie (the collie hound) was returned to the humane society 3 times...I finally decided she was mine. She is quirky and timid but loves to play games and do tricks...she will be a brilliant dog one day.
