More: Sam is a rescue dog from Tennessee. We adopted him and he was brought to us on a transport to Rhode Island in October 2010. About 6 months after he was adopted, he began having seizures. After many different medications, his seizures are finally under control. He is the sweetest dog who loves everyone!
