More: Sammie has been such a blessing to us over the last year. Apparently she was very sick when she was rescued and was still pretty thin when we adopted her. Since we have had her, she has gained weight, and is healthy! She loves going for walks, chasing frogs in the yard, and cuddling up with her humans.
